Kenneth Cook has a deep passion for water, the land, & for people that spans nearly forty years. He has led the industry in the development of wise water use in a variety of industries from Agricultural Finance, Software Development, Water Management, & Construction. As a founding partner of WaterCentric, Kenneth leads the team through an integration of Planning, Engineering, Real-Time Water Asset Management, & Infrastructure Service.
Kenneth Cook holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with a minor in Agriculture Economics (Finance) from Texas A&M University. He loves his ranch near Athens, Texas where he raises, cattle, pecans, & blueberries.
Executive Vice President
Since 2001, Chris has been involved in the smart irrigation industry and helped develop the Active Water Management role so necessary in today's commercial landscapes. Chris graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Department of Soil and Crop Sciences - B.S., Agronomy, with a focus in Turf grass Management. Chris has taken the role of Lead Technology Manager for the development and operation of industry leading irrigation management platforms. Outside of work, Chris enjoys luxury sports cars, aquaculture and playing with his pups, Tucker, Ellie and Harlow.
VP Services & Business Development
Justin studied Agribusiness at Texas Tech which led him to hold numerous executive positions at national facility management corporations. In addition to, managing one of the largest P&L in the United States, overseeing almost 600 employees and holding the #1 safety record in the company. Justin has accomplished over 200 million dollars in mergers, acquisitions and integration throughout his career. Currently, Justin serves as the Vice President of Services and Business Development at WaterCentric. Justin provides general oversight of business operations, processes, procedures and developing client relationships. When he’s not working, Justin enjoys playing golf, grilling, and being active with his daughter.
Mr. Helbig graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Accounting in 2016. After graduating, Jacob worked as the accountant and financial analyst for Denton County Fresh Water Supply District where he gained 1.5 years of experience in our industry. Golfing is one of Jacob's hobbies and has recently joined a bowling league.
Strategic Support Manager
Alesha leads the production team for WaterCentric Marketing and Sales group. Leveraging a Bachelors degree in Advertising from Texas Tech University, Alesha's work includes connecting our message to clients by working with WaterCentric's CRM & proposal development process, project qualifications, curating marketing items, & implementing our valued safety program.
Alesha enjoys diving in to her creativity in her free time practicing calligraphy and other crafts. She spends her weekends traveling, cooking, discovering delicious restaurants and walking her two rescue dogs with her husband.
