Kenneth Cook has a deep passion for water, the land, & for people that spans nearly forty years.  He has led the industry in the development of wise water use in a variety of industries from Agricultural Finance, Software Development, Water Management, & Construction. As a founding partner of WaterCentric, Kenneth leads the team through an integration of Planning, Engineering, Real-Time Water Asset Management, & Infrastructure Service.
Kenneth Cook holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with a minor in Agriculture Economics (Finance) from Texas A&M University.  He loves his ranch near Athens, Texas where he raises, cattle, pecans, & blueberries.



Chief Operating Officer

Since 2001, Chris has been involved in the smart irrigation industry and helped develop the Active Water Management role so necessary in today's commercial landscapes. Chris graduated from Texas A&M University in 2007 from the  College of Agriculture and Life Sciences­, Department of Soil and Crop Sciences - B.S., Agronomy, with a focus in Turf grass Management. Chris has taken the role of Lead Technology Manager for the development and operation of industry leading irrigation management platforms. Outside of work, Chris enjoys luxury sports cars, aquaculture and playing with his pups, Tucker, Ellie and Harlow.

Contract and Purchasing Manager

Johnny attended the University of Texas Permian Basin, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration. Johnny manages the project software system for all construction projects in Texas and Arizona, including, pricing, budgets, customer contracts, subcontracts, and certifications. Johnny’s role ensures that the scheduling of projects are executed smoothly and timely. In his free time, Johnny enjoys getting his hands dirty with woodworking, handyman projects and nature trips.

Accounting Manager

Mr. Helbig graduated from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Accounting in 2016. After graduating, Jacob worked as the accountant and financial analyst for Denton County Fresh Water Supply District where he gained 1.5 years of experience in our industry. Golfing is one of Jacob's hobbies and has recently joined a bowling league.

Strategic Support Manager

Alesha leads the production team for WaterCentric Marketing and Sales group.  Leveraging a Bachelors degree in Advertising from Texas Tech University, Alesha's work includes connecting our  message to clients by working with WaterCentric's CRM & proposal development process, project qualifications, curating marketing items, & implementing our valued safety program.

Alesha enjoys diving in to her creativity in her free time practicing calligraphy and other crafts. She spends her weekends traveling, cooking, discovering delicious restaurants and walking her two rescue dogs with her husband.

Human Resources Manager

Skylar received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics from the University of North Texas. For 5 years, Skylar has applied her knowledge in Business Analytics towards accounting and human resources and enjoys every second of it. As a vital component of our team, Skylar enriches our employees' lives at WaterCentric, assisting from HR and accounting to daily operations needs. Skylar enjoys spending her time being a dog mom with her 2 dogs and cooking and gardening.
