Cesar serves as the project engineer of the Alternative Water Systems division, providing all aspects of design and engineering components, budgeting, scheduling, and scope while these components are being designed and built. Cesar holds a Texas Professional Engineer license, in addition to, Surface Water Treatment Operator – Class C. Obtaining over 6 years of experience in drinking water treatment operations, capital projects management and pipeline comprehensive condition assessment. During his free time, Cesar enjoys playing bass guitar, grilling outdoors, and spending time with his dog Maya.
