WaterCentric offers a no upfront cost, alternative to potable water system that delivers unrestricted landscape irrigation water at significantly reduced rates compared to potable water. 

 

In early phases of development rates are discounted to defray deficit funding obligations and ratchet up as the development matures.

 

All aspects, including design, engineering, water source identification and development, pumping and transmission main installation are included.

 

This program saves Developments from potable water impact/ meter fees when connecting to potable sources and large capital investments in private water system alternatives.

EXISTING DEVELOPMENTS

POST-CONSTRUCTION | PHASED DEVELOPMENT OF BUILD-OUT

With Developer Funded Alternative Water Systems

If your HOA client has assumed ownership of a non-potable alternative water system that is in phased development or at project build-out, WaterCentric offers a purchase option to transfer the water assets and long-term management and operating costs from the HOA to WaterCentric.

 

This program allows the HOA to monetize the water system and eliminate all of the risks of ownership while locking in unrestricted water at rates far below potable sources.

 

with High Potable Water Consumption and Expense

WaterCentric offers Performance-Based, water consumption solutions with guaranteed reduction in water utility expense and eliminates irrigation inspection and repairs expense.

 

After analysis of irrigation water utility data we can determine the guaranteed reduction (10%-20%) in the initial term (3-5 years) of the agreement and preset additional sharing of the savings once the capital investment by WaterCentric has been recovered (renewal term).
