ANDREW BROWNIG

Goodwell Water | President/CEO

Andrew Browning, Goodwell’s CEO, is an accomplished transactional attorney who is involved in all aspects of Goodwell’s business from developing the company’s business strategy to underwriting projects and preparing project documentation. Andrew came to Goodwell after leading the investment office of a high-net-worth Houston family for eight years. In that position, he served as inside legal counsel, managed all financial affairs of the family’s 150-employee business, selected, acquired and operated a $150 million portfolio of commercial real estate and alternative investments through a network of entities he designed. Prior to that, Andrew spent five years practicing in a transactional law firm handling the financing, acquisition, development, operation, and disposition of commercial real estate and closely held business interests. Andrew earned a BS in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas, a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from South Texas College of Law, and a Master of Laws in Tax Law from the University of Houston.  He lives in Houston with his wife and two children.

BEN RHODEN

Goodwell Water | VP of Operations and Finance

Ben Rhoden is the Vice President of Operations and Finance for Goodwell LLC. Ben is involved in all areas of Goodwell’s business including business development, project execution, financial modeling, and corporate governance. Prior to joining Goodwell, Ben served as an Associate for a Houston-based upstream oil and gas company with assets in the Gulf of Mexico. In that role, Ben assisted with mergers and acquisitions, complex financial planning, corporate strategy development, and operational excellence projects. Earlier in his career, Ben was a Management Consultant focused on serving clients in several areas of the oil and gas industry from oilfield operations to the upstream and midstream sectors. Ben graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a M.S. in Finance and a B.B.A in Accounting, and he is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. Ben is a native Texan, an avid outdoorsman, and lives in Houston with his wife.

RICHARD LEIGH

Rone Engineering | President/CEO

Richard Leigh is the President and Managing Partner of Rone. Richard leads the administrative functions of the business including accounting, insurance and legal. Richard works closely with the sales and marketing department. Richard is also responsible for expanding Rone’s footprint throughout Texas and the Southwest with offices now in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin and Houston. As part of the growth of Rone, Richard and the senior leadership group continues to look for services that complement Rone’s core services. In the past year, Rone has added the only Division in the United States focused exclusively on Earthworks as well as adding Land Surveying and Construction Staking Services to Rone’s services. Richard attended the University of Texas at Austin graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Communications in 1989. Richard is married to Allison Jones Leigh and they have two children Audrey and Henry. The family are active members at Highland Park United Methodist Church and active in the Community

BOBBY SAWICKI

Crosstimbers Capital Group | Partner

Bobby serves on Goodwell’s Board of Directors and is a Partner at Crosstimbers Capital Group based in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining Crosstimbers, Bobby most recently worked at Quantum Energy Partners, an energy-focused private equity firm with over $16 billion of capital under management. Bobby graduated from Texas A&M University with an MS in Finance and BBA in Accounting. He lives in Houston with his wife and two daughters.

DUSTIN KINDER

Goodwel Water | President and CEO

Dustin became Goodwell’s second CEO in January 2022.  Dustin is a strategic and results-based servant leader with operations management experience in the water industry, with emphasis on infrastructure, water treatment, groundwater, sustainability, and natural resources.  Before coming to Goodwell, Dustin led water management efforts for one of the largest publicly traded crude oil and natural gas exploration and production companies in the United States.  In that role he served as the strategic, technical and operations lead for all operating basins as it pertained to all water management activities in addition to duties with investor relations and sustainability reporting.  Prior to that Dustin has held roles with the federal government, a membership organization, and a small water works business.  Dustin proudly hails from Livingston, Texas and holds BS degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University.  His proudest blessings are being the father of 2 girls and married to his wife.
